Choice of Law.

The laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein shall govern so to the interpretation, validity and effect of this agreement notwithstanding any conflict of law’s provisions or your domicile, residence or physical location. You consent and submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Saskatchewan in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to this agreement.

Entire Agreement.

These Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions posted on the Website from time to time, constitute the entire agreement between you and Provider with respect to the use of the Website.
